As you study the names and formulas of these ions, do the following:
Keep in mind that these are charges
particles composed of covalently bonded atoms, hence they have structures
similar to molecular structures.
Look
for patterns in the names and structures and charges of the different
ions. This will help you memorize them. How consistent are these
