The information revolution has provided businesses
with enormous potential for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness
of many activities within the firm. This course is designed to introduce
students to the many ways in which marketing can be enhanced through the
use of electronic marketing, specifically through e-mail and the
Internet.
Electronic Mail (e-mail) allows communication within a firm and to
customers and other business partners in a fast and efficient method.
The Information Superhighway is changing the way we do marketing. The
Internet is becoming utilized more and more frequently due to World Wide
