Teaching Experience  

Professor and  Past  Coordinator of the Criminal Justice Program at Prince George's Community College:

*Development of the Forensic Science Program;

*Establishment of the Criminal Justice Training Center;                           

*Liaison with the Offices of Cooperative Education and Prior Learning Assessment Network;                                    

*Advocate of cultural diversity and community policing instruction.

Teacher in Baltimore County:

*Seventh-grade English.

Other Professional Experiences

 

Research Associate with the University City Science Center:  

*Nation-wide study funded by LEAA directed at improving the traditional preventive patrol function; 

*Police management survey of some 300 departments.

Police Officer with the Metropolitan Police Department (Washington, D.C.):                                                   

*Supervision of the development of modules at the Training Academy;                     

*Investigation of gambling, prostitution, narcotics, and internal affairs cases while assigned to the Morals Division.
