Teaching Experience Dr. Breen has over fifteen years of teaching experience.  She is a Full-time Tenured Professor with the Management Department.  She has also taught at the Graduate level with Central Michigan an Adjunct Professor with The University of Maryland University College Graduate School of Management and Technology.
Other Professional Experiences
Dr. Breen has both private and public professional experience.  Most recently she served as the Deputy Executive Director of the Gates Millennium Scholars Program.  She has also worked for The White House, The National Governors' Association and as an expert consultant to the Deputy Under Secretary of Management at The U.S. Department of Education.
Other Personal Information
Dr. Breen has received numerous awards including: The Cathy S. Bernard Chair, 2001-2002; a Certificate of Appreciation from The Secretary of the U.S. Department of Education; and a Fulbright Scholarship.  She has also received research grants from the National Science Foundation and The U.S. Department of Education .  She is the founder of the College's Millennium Management Lecture Series and author of articles in the College's Instructional Forum.
