In the 21st century workforce of the United States, embracing cultural diversity by managers and senior executives, is often viewed as an ominous endeavor. In spite of the fact that the population in the United States is mostly comprised of a hodge podge of ethnic and racial compositions, promoting cultural diversity in the workplace is an uphill struggle...
An objective of this course is to inculcate (teach) students why cultural diversity should always be an integral part of the workforce. Further, a second objective is to introduce students to a variety of applicable 21st century techniques on how to implement and permeate cultural diversity through-out the organization.
Finally, the mission of this course is to demonstrate how corporate, and governmental organizations and Institutions have Incalculably profited and respectively, gained advantage in the market place, from having a culturally diverse workforce.
