Presentation:

Each student will prepare and present a 10- to 15- minute lecture on a vitamin or mineral. The lecture will include information about the specific nutrient's role in the human body, good food sources, symptoms of deficiency and toxicity, as well as other pertinent facts. Complete instructions and a grading sheet will be posted in Blackboard. (50 points possible)
