Microsoft PowerPoint is a program that is designed primarily to create presentations. It makes this very easy by enabling us to make slides that display information in a simple format.

Here is a summary of the main purpose/ purposes of the program: Describe the Setup of PowerPoint Show similarities between PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office programs Explain the purpose of PowerPoint List the different methods of presentation Describe the purpose of the different views Edit already prepared slides Apply design templates and layouts to slides Add special effects to the slides Add content such as Clip Art, graphs, tables, diagrams, and pictures to slides
