Making Appointments

• Contact the scheduling desk at (301) 322-0748, or
• Stop by the scheduling desk in: Bladen Hall room 107
• You will be asked for the following information:
• Your name
• Your Student Id Number (Located through Owl Link)
• The subject you need tutoring in (i.e. DVM 0030 not pre-algebra)
• The day and time you would like to have your appointment
• A day and evening phone number so that we can contact you in case of tutor cancellation
• Appointments may be made up to two weeks in advance
• Remember, appointments are based on Tutor availability

Number of appointments that can be made

• On a weekly basis, a student may make (per subject tutored):
1. Two 50-minute appointments OR
2. One 50-minute and two 30-minute appointments OR
3. Four 30-minute appointments
• Only 1 appointment per day is allowed
• 2 or more students may make back to back appointments and share each other's time slot for a group tutoring session
