The Entertainment Technology Program At Prince Georges Community College is one of the first of its kind. You will learn the knowledge, and the skill  in order to go to work on professional stage productions, industrial events, concerts, motion pictures, stadium events, and much more.  

The College is partnered with I.A.T.S.E Local 22 in Washington DC allowing the students to gain experience in the field with professionals at some of the areas top event venues such as The Kennedy Center, MCI Center, The National Theatre, and Wolf Trap. 

Our partnerships are growing, with professional producing theatre companies throughout the greater Washington D.C., Maryland, Baltimore and Virginia Metropolitan areas, joining us on a regular basis.

This program will teach you the basic and advanced knowledge in Lighting, Sound, Rigging, Stage Carpentry, Stage Safety, Special EFX, Staging, and Grips that you will need to succeed in this exciting and growing field.
