What is the International Education Center?

The center, staffed by PGCC faculty members who volunteer their time, supports and celebrates the

diverse student population of Prince George's

Community College. It helps international students with their academic questions and needs and brings together

all students interested in strengthening their global understanding.

What can the Center do for me?

The Center supports many student programs from mentoring to discussions to international events. All Are Welcome! If you attend PGCC but can’t make it to the Largo campus, we hope this website will help you get your questions answered and alert you to what you need to know to be a success at PGCC.

Who Are International Students?

If you were not born in the U.S., or were schooled abroad, or don't consider English your first language, or are in the U.S. on any type of visa, you are an international student and we have many programs for YOU!

PGCC is an International College!

Did you know that over 25% of PGCC students are citizens of other countries, and that they come from over 127 different countries? We have so much to learn from each other!
