(b) Invite nominations and conduct the election by full-time faculty
members of the division.

same procedures as those for the Division Promotion Committee, but noting
that all members of the tenure committee must be tenured.

the Collegewide Tenure Committee following the same procedures as those
for the Collegewide Promotion Committee, but noting that all members of
the tenure committee must be tenured.
Duties of the Division Promotion Committee and the Division Tenure
At their first meetings each committee will elect a chair and vice
chair. The vice chair will conduct meetings in the absence of the chair or
when directed to do so by the chair.
