The PGCC Student Accounting Association promotes knowledge about the field of accounting while emphasizing ethical values, and provides a forum for students to network with faculty and other accounting professionals.
The Student Accounting Association (SAA) meets four times a semester. Meetings are usually held on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. Each meeting features a speaker from the accounting community and refreshments. The association also sponsors field trips to various destinations related to the field of accounting such as the Federal Reserve Bank and Bureau of Printing & Engraving.
SAA is open to all students; you do not have to be an accounting or business major to join.
If you're interested in joining SAA, download a copy of the Membership Application (PDF), or stop by the Accounting Department office in T13 (temporaries near Novak Field House) to pick up one.
