All Foods Used are from the SHARE Package




1 lb. of chicken legs - deboned

4 oz. green peppers – chopped

2 oz. yellow or red onion – chopped

2 pinches cumin (optional)

1 pinch of garlic – granulated

1 pinch of pepper

½ oz. orange zest (optional)

2 oz. orange juice

Olive oil to cover bottom of pan (or substitute other liquid vegetable oil)


Cook chicken in olive until golden brown


Add rest of ingredients and simmer until peppers and onions are tender.





8 oz. shredded potatoes

8 oz. frozen green beans

Italian seasoning

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Olive oil


Heat olive oil in pan

Add the potatoes and greens and cook until green beans are al dente

Add seasonings and stir well to coat the potatoes and green beans
