The
Exploratorium is a hands-on museum in San Francisco. Its online location
provides students from afar with many of the same experiments and exhibits
available on-site. Many of the exhibits deal with subjects very relevant
to psychology. Many of these focus on issues related to sensation and
perception. There is also an excellent one on memory. The exhibits are
interactive and allow students to experience firsthand the perceptual
illusions that they study. The software Shockwave is required for many of
the exhibits. The software can be downloaded from free from the museum
site.

This is a commercial page but the illusions are
topnotch and allow you to experience them in 3-D.There are a lot of
annoying pop-up ads but there is also some really good stuff here.
